2. Scope of Services

We provide interior design services including but not limited to:

  • Office Interior Design
  • Hospitality Interior Design (Hotels, Cafés, Restaurants)
  • Residential Interior Design

Our services include concept development, space planning, material selection, design consultation, and project execution.


3. Project Engagement

  • All projects begin only after formal confirmation and initial payment.
  • A detailed proposal outlining scope, timelines, and costs will be shared before project commencement.
  • Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate service and may incur extra charges.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Initial advance is mandatory to begin the project.
  • Delayed payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension.
  • All prices are subject to change based on material costs and project modifications.

5. Design Approval

  • Clients are required to review and approve all design concepts, layouts, and material selections.
  • Once approved, changes may lead to additional costs and timeline revisions.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused due to late approvals.

6. Project Timelines

  • Estimated timelines will be shared at the start of the project.
  • Timelines may vary depending on:
    • Client approvals
    • Site conditions
    • Material availability
  • We strive to adhere to schedules but are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Materials & Execution

  • We ensure quality materials and workmanship.
  • Material selections are based on availability and budget.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing differences.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate site details and requirements
  • Ensure timely approvals and payments
  • Allow access to the site as needed
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors if involved

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be communicated in writing.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once design work has started.
  • Any completed work will be billed accordingly.

10. Warranty & Liability

  • We ensure professional quality in design and execution.
  • Warranty on materials depends on the respective manufacturers/vendors.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or external factors.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, and concepts remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is completed.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.

12. Communication

  • We maintain transparent communication with regular updates.
  • All official communication should be done via approved channels (phone, email, or WhatsApp).

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
